I am Ar. Bhupendra Dattatrey Mhase, have undertaken assignment as Architect of certifying
Percentage of Completion of Construction Work of the “Om Guru Krupa Co-Op Housing Society
Ltd.” having MahaRERA Registration Number P51700056339 being developed by M/S
SAIRAJ CONSTRUCTION.



(i) Ar. Bhupendra Mhase & Associates (Ar. Bhupendra Mhase) as a L.S./Architect
(ii) Saad Consultant (Mr. Darshan Kasture) as Structural Consultant
(iii) Miss. Anjali Siddharth Bharhe as MEP Consultant
(iv) Mr. Sanchit Sandanand Mhase as Site Supervisor
Based on Site Inspection, with respect to the Building of the aforesaid Real Estate Project, I
certify that as on the date of this certificate, the Percentage of Work done for building of the
Real Estate Project is as per table A herein below. The percentage of the work executed with
respect to each of the activity of the entire phase is detailed in Table B.

          per specification in agreement of Sale. Any other activities.
