 Hissa No.7/8, Plot No.10 (New Survey No.20/8) at Mouje - Kulgaon,
Tal. Ambernath, Dist. Thane -421503, land admeasuring about 512.35 Sq Mtr
there has been neither any security interest created nor any charge or encumbrance held
on the project as on date

We further undertake that as and when there are any changes in the security interest in
our project - OM GURUKRUPA CO-OP HSG SOC. LTD, we shall upload the requisite Asset
Based Search CRESAIReports on security interest created on our real estate project
