                               Declaration-Cum-Undertaking
I Kalpesh Dhirajlal Shah adult, Indian inhabitant, the Partner of Shreeji Builders and
Developers having my office at at Row House No 17, Ambar Heights, Green City Road,
Ambernath East-421501 do hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as
under:
1) I say and declare that I, being the Partner and authorized signatory of Shreeji Builders
   and Developers, have applied on behalf of promoter i.e. the said legal entity Shreeji
   Builders and Developers for registration of the real estate project, ‘Krishna Nayan
   Complex Phase I’ with MahaRERA vide application dated 27/03/2024.

2) I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project named
   ‘Krishna Nayan Complex Phase I’ is to be undertaken on land bearing Survey No 37, Hissa
   No 4A, Survey No 37, Hissa No 5/A/6, Plot No 5, Village - Shiragon, Taluka - Ambernath,
   Badlapur 421503, Thane, Maharashtra admeasuring 3389.84 sq. mtrs hereinafter
   referred to as the "project land".

3) I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of our application dated
   27/03/2024, for registration of the real estate project, ‘Krishna Nayan Complex Phase I’
   there is / are no subsisting pending application submitted to MahaRERA for registration
   of real estate projects) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land /
   part thereof or there is / are no real estate projects) by whatever name called, registered
   with MahaRERA being executed on the project land / part thereof.

4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-cum-
   Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me, as well as the promoter Shreeji
   Builders and Developers of the real estate project, ‘Krishna Nayan Complex Phase I’.
