Add all Land Owners as Promoters in Application & Development Agreement and provide details of
landowners & their notarized declaration in Form B, MOU/Development Agreement /POA etc. under
promoter/landowner/Investor field- Refer Circular No. 12/2017 2. Owner information is mismatched
according to the application in Legal title report. Since your Application is still deficient in compliances,
kindly contact helpdesk of MahaRERA or your SRO Representative.

Response to above Query:
The Project comprises of Two Phases Phase I and Phase II:

Phase I consists of Wing A, Wing B, Wing C, Wing D and Wing E.

Phase II consists of Wing F, Wing G, Wing H and Wing I.

Development Agreements executed separately for each Phase. First Development agreement
executed for Phase I between Shreeji Builders and Developers and Shree Krushnanayan
Building B, C, D, E & F Wing Co-Op Hsg. Soc. Ltd.

Second Development Agreement executed for Phase II between Shreeji Builders and
Developers and Gauri Nandan Co-op Hsg. Soc. Ltd.

The Commencement Certificate and Sanction Plan is obtained combined for both the phases
and also the Legal Title Report showing details of both the Landowners of Phase I and Phase II.

Since, we had applied for RERA Registration of Phase I only. Hence, we have upload the
Landowners details of Phase I i.e. Development Agreement executed between Shreeji Builders
and Developers and Shree Krushnanayan Building B, C, D, E & F Wing Co-Op Hsg. Soc. Ltd.
and Form B of the same.
