Kharegaon, Kalwa (west), Thane, Maharashtra, Pin code - 400 605 do hereby
solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as under.


1,. I say and declare that l, as promoter have applied for registration of my real
   estate project " MARUTI HOMES" with MahaRERA vide application dated
   0e/03/2024.

2. I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project
   named "Maruti Homes" is to be undertaken on land bearing CTS No. 2781A/2/A
   & 278/A/2/B Gut No.171 lying and being at Village - Parsik, Taluka Thane,
   District-Thane admeasuring 1950 sq.mtrs. hereinafter referred to as the "project
   land".

3. I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of our application
   dated O9l03l2024,for registration of the real estate project, " MARUTI HOMES",
   there are no subsisting pending application submitted to MahaRERA for
   registration of real estate project by whatever name called to be undertaken on
   the project land by whatever name called, registered with MahaRERA being
   executed on the project land.

4" I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-
   cum-Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me, as well as the promoter
   M/s Jay Shree Krishna Enterprises of the real estate project, "MARUT! HOMES".
