before RERA Authority, RERA Tribunal and other authorities (“the Authority/ies”), and to make,
sign, execute and file all statutory declaration forms, applications, written statements, appeal or
any other documents expedient or necessary to be made, signed, executed or to be presented
or filed in relation to the registration of the Company’s project(s) and submit/ update/ upload the
data/information/documents quarterly/ periodically on behalf of the Company to/before the
Authority/ies under The Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016 and the Rules made
thereunder, and to do all such acts, deeds and things as may be necessary to give effect to this
resolution.”
