   I, Mr. Ravi Ramesh Punamiya, the Partner of M/s. Joshi And Yash
   Developers LLP, hereby solemnly affirm as under:
      1) That M/s. Joshi And Yash Developers LLP, is the absolute
        Promoter of the Project Shree Apartment" situated at C.T.S.
        No. 20O(pt), 220, 209, 219(pt), 211, 210, 202(pt), 201, Sector
        No. 2, Mouje - Naupada, lying and being at M. G. Road, Thane
        (W)   400 601, Taluka & Dist. Thane.

      2) That the above mnentioned Project is free from all sorts of
        encumbrances. The Legal Title to the Land, (on which the
        development of proposed Project is to be carried out), the said
        Land does not have any financial Encumbrances. There is no
        litigation on the said Land and said Project. That the above
        mentioned Project is free from all sorts of encumbrances. There
        is no liability and loans on the said Project from any financial
        institutes / banks.

     3) The contents of my above undertaking are true and correct.
