 Developers LLP, hereby solemnly affirm as under:

       Promoter of the Shree Apartment" situated at land being
      C.T.S. No. 200(pt), 220, 209, 219(pt), 211, 210, 202(pt), 201,
      Sector No. 2, Mouje - Naupada, Survey No. 36, Hissa No. 2, TPS
      No. 2, lying and being at M. G. Road, Off. Godbole Hospital,
      Village Naupada, Thane (W) - 400 601, Taluka & Dist. Thane.
   2) That the above mentioned Project is free from all sorts of
      encumbrances. The Legal Title to the Land, (on which the
      development of proposed Project is to be carried out), the said
      Land does not have any legal Encumbrances. There is no
      litigation on the said Land and said Project.
   3) The contents of my above undertaking are true and correct.
