Legacy Builders and Innovators. 1. we have estimated the cost of completion to obtain occupation certificate / completion certificate, of the civil, MEp and Anied works, of the Building(s) of the project' our estimated cost carculations are based on the Drawings,/ prans made available to us for the project under references by the entire work as calculated by appointed civil Engineer, and the assumption of the cost of material, labor and other inputs made by deveroper, and the site inspection carried out by us, we have estimated cost of completion of the building of the aforesaid project under Reference as Rs. 3,83,28,100 (Total of rable A and B).The estimated rotal cost of project with reference to the civil, MEp and allied works required to be completed for the purpose of obtaining occupation certificate for the building from the KDMC being the planning Authority under whose- jurisdiction the aforesaid project is being implemented. The Estimated cost Incurred til date is carcurated as Rs. 2,2r,4r,200 (Totar of Table A and B)' The amount of Estimated cost Incurred is calculated on the base of arnount of Total Estimated Cost. 4.
