Dist - Thane, admeasuring 1999.60 Sq. Mtr Plot area and 5845.24 Sq. Mtr built up area, is
free from all encumbrances except Hero Housing Finance Limited for flats other than
allotted to society member flats.There are no other mortgage pending on the said project
land or project as of date.
