Annexture ‘A’
I Shri Girish S. Marathe adult, Indian inhabitant, the Partner of the Partnership firm having my
office at RP-26, Near Ganpati Visarjan Talav, Milap Nagar, MIDC, Dombivali (E) 421203 do
hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as under:
   1) I say and declare that I, as promoter have applied for registration of my real estate
      project, “TRINITY” (Shashank Saptshrung) with MahaRERA vide application No.
      REA51700153025 dated 04.02.2024.
   2) I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project named
      “TRINITY” (Shashank Saptshrung) is to be undertaken on land bearing CS No(s) CTS
      No 3084, survey no.65, Hissa No.5, iying and being at Dombivali West, Village Mouje
      Dombivali, Taluka Kalyan, Dist - Thane, admeasuring 1999.60 Sq. Mtr hereinafter
      referred to as the “Project land”.
   3) I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of my application No.
      REA51700153025 dated 04.02.2024, for registration of the real estate project
      “TRINITY” (Shashank Saptshrung), there is /are no subsisting pending application
      submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real estate project(S) by whatever name
      called to be undertaken on the project land /part thereof is / are no real estate project(S)
      by whatever name called registered with MahaRERA being executed on the project
      land / part thereof.
   4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration -cum-
      Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me, the promoter of the real estate
      project “TRINITY” (Shashank Saptshrung)
