I have obtained layout approval from Kalyan Dombivli Municipal
Corporation Vide Letter No. KDMC/TPD/BP/DOM/2023-24/31 on 18.08.2023 for
Stilt (Part) + 0 Level (Part) 1st floor to 10th floor ( Residential + Commercial). i.e.
79 no. of flats and 6 Shops. Total approved area 5845.24 sq.mtr.
Out of these 79 flats 42 flats were allotted to original members with the terms
in development agreement registered on 12.4.2023. and remaining flats and
shops are available for sale.
   1. 42 flats were allotted to the existing member of Shashank &
      Saptshrung society.
   2. No. of basement approved: Nil.
   3. No. of plinth: one.
   4. No. of Stilt: one.
   5. No. of parking 64 (Two-wheeler:10 and four-wheeler: 54)
   6. No. of floors : 10. (Ten)
