Undertaking Cum Declaration Letter


I, Shri. Girish Shrikrishna Marathe, Partner of M/s Radhika Construction Co. hereby giving this
undertaking cum declaration letter for our Project “TRINITY “ (Shashank Saptshrung)
I confirm that there is no security interest has been created in the real estate project of
“TRINITY (Shashank Saptshrung) situated at Plot bearing CTS No 3084, survey no.65, Hissa
No.5, Mouje Dombivali, Dombivali West, Taluka – Kalyan, District Thane.
I further assure that the said project as well as building and the land appurtenant thereto
are not subject to any encumbrance or liability of any kind whatsoever or any security
interest by way of Mortgage or instrument other than mortgage.
