I, VISHAL VIJAY PATIL, promoter of M/S NIRMITI BUILDERS AND DEVLOPERS the ongoing project
“SURAJ ORCHID” having MAHARERA Registration no. P51700055323, do hereby state and declare on
solemn Affirmation as under:

I say that all the information provided by me to the professionals for purpose of quarterly updation of project
status is correct. All entries made on my behalf for quarterly update are correct to the best of my knowledge
and ability. I say that 70% amount received from the allottees of said projects deposited by me in designated
separate account and I am entitled to withdraw the said amount proportionate to the progress in the Real Estate
Project.

I say that my withdrawals from my designated separate account quarter JANUARY TO MARCH of the year
2025 is proportionate to the progress in Real Estate Project and for withdrawal of the amount. I have obtained
requisite certificates from the project Architect, Engineer and practicing Chartered Accountant.

I undertake to produce these certificates for inspection if required by the MAHARERA authority.
