Project which home buyers are interested in purchasing.



      We hereby declare that we have not created any security interest for Plot of Land situate at
Survey No 115/6,116/3/A, Plot No.3, At Mauje Asangaon ,Taluka-Shahapur, Dist-Thane-421601 for
the Organization Mis NIRMITI BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS through its partner
Mr. VISHAL VIJA Y PATIL, promoter of project known as "SURAJ ORCHID" so we are
exempted from giving any such report as required by this Circular.


     This self-certifying declaration is made for the purpose of registration of the said project
