I. We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c & d) of RERA act, 2016, read with Rules & Regulations
made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement certificate, sanctioned
plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning Authority/ Competent Authority.
2. We have obtained Building Permission approval from TOWN PLANNING AND VALUATION
DEPARTMENT, Thane Branch (Planning authority) on 11/03/2022 For 1 Building, Approved
Ground/ Stllt + Fourth Floor.
3. Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans are approved by Collector of Thane on
dated on 07/02/2023 and (Planning authority) Town Planning & Valuation Department, Thane
Branch on dated 11/03/2022. Further, commencement certificate is granted up to Ground/ Stilt+
Fourth Floor / with FSI)/ Habitable / Floors. (Approved total Ground/ Stilt + Fourth Floor.
Building has 4 habitable floors.
4. Further, commencement certificate/ approvals as and when approved will he uploaded under
document section of this project immediately,

appropriate fields)
