           Maharashtra 4210 03, we have availed Loan of
                                                               l20,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty
           Crores) from Aditya Birla Finance Limited against proje
                                                                      ct "GOLDEN CITY" bearing
           MahaRERA Regn No P517 0005 5313 and created mortg
                                                                    aged in favour of Aditya Birla
           Finance Limited vide mortgage deed dated 08/07 /20~4
                                                                       and 02/08 /2024 bearing
           Registration No. 3019 /2024 and 1144 9/202 4 respectively
                                                                     on the project.

           There are no other encumbrances on the project except as
                                                                      mentioned above.
