licensed surveyor of certifying the Percentage of Completion of construction work on plot
bearing C.T.S. Nos. 9888, 9889, 9890, 989 1, 9892, Village Dombivali ,Taluka Kalyan , District
Thane having MAHARERA registration Number (Rera Nwnber Awaited) being developed
by Yogiraj Skyline.

 Based on site Inspection, with respect to the Layout/ each of the building/wing of the
 aforesaid Real Estate Project. I certify that as of the date of th is certificate, the percentage of
 work done for each of the building/wing of the Rea l Estate Project under MahaRERA is per
 table A herein below. The percentage of work executed with respect to each of the activity of
 the entire phase is detailed in Table B.
