                                         Declaration-Cum-Undertaking

I Anek Gobind Rajani s/o Gobind Prataprai Rajani adult, Indian inhabitant, the Partner of the
Partnership Firm Soham Infrastructure having my office at Shop no 7, A wing, Nikku Palace,
Station Road, O.T. Section, Ulhasnagar 421003, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra, do hereby on
solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as under :

     1) I say and declare that I, as promoter have applied for registration of my real estate project,
        Raga’s TIMES SQUARE with MahaRERA vide application dated 14th February, 2024.

     2) I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project named
        Raga’s TIMES SQUARE is to be undertaken on land bearing Plot no. A-9 admeasuring 1707
        and A-10 admeasuring 1512 Sq mtrs lying and situated at Village Kansai, Ambernath
        Industrial Area, Tal. Ambernath, Dist Thane, hereinafter referred to as the “project land”.

     Note: The clause below shall be applicable for real estate projects which are standalone
     building / buildings for which MahaRERA registration is sought under single project
     registration number.

     3) I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of my / our application
        dated 30th March, 2023, for registration of Real Estate Project, Shankar Heights Phase 5,
        there is/are no subsisting pending application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of
        real estate projects) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land / part
        thereof or there is / are no real estate projects) by whatever name called, registered with
        MahaRERA being executed on the project land / part thereof.

     4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-cum-
        Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me, the promoter of the real estate
        project, Raga’s TIMES SQUARE.
