          SELF DECLARATION FOR REGISTRATION UNDER R.E.R.A.



I, Mr. Vishwanath Ramchandra Panvelkar, managing partner of V. R. Builders, am
giving this self declaration for the purpose of registration of the building project
“Namaskar Co-op Housing Society” under R.E.R.A.

   1. That I am partner of “V. R. Builders”, developing a building project of Single
      Building on Plot No. 4, Gut No. 53, Village Morivali, Tal. Ambernath, Dist,
      Thane Pin 421501.

   2. I hereby declare and confirm that there are NO ENCUMBRANCES on the
      Land and Building / Project.

   3. I will submit the CA Certificate in Form 3 on the RERA website at the
      earliest.

   4. I will submit the Proforma of the allotment letter and agreement for sale on
      the RERA website at the earliest.

   5. This project consists of one / single building on single plot of land. Hence,
      the Copy of Layout Approval is not applicable.

   6. That I am proprietor of “V. R. Developers”, developing a housing project on S.
      No. 43/A, Hissa No. 6 & 7 pt., Plot No. 39, Vadavali, Tal. Ambernath, Dist,
      Thane Pin 421501

   7. I am uploading the information for registration under RERA except the
      following :-
      a) Draft of Allotment Letter
      b) Draft of Agreement for Sale
      c) CA Certificate

I will submit the aforesaid details / certificates on or before 20 th August, 2017.
