Certificate, of the Clvii, MEP and Ailied works, of the Buildingls) of the project. Our estimated
cost calculations are based on the Draw,ings/plans made available to us for the project under
reference by the Developer and Consultants and the Schedule of items and quantiq/ for the
entire work as calculated by Jayesh Chavan quandq/ Su,veyor+ appoillted bii

1. The scope of B.ork is to complete entire Real Estate Project as per drawings approved from

tirne to time so as to obtain 0ccupation Cetilicate /Completion Certificate.
2. [*J Quaniity survey can be done by office of fngineer or can be done by air independent
Quantify Surveyor, whose certificate of quantity calculated can be relied upon by the Engineer.
In case of independent quantiq/ suNeyor being appointed by Developcr, the name has to be
mentioned at thc place marked [*J and in case qua[tity are being ca]culated by office of
Engineer', the nan1e ofthe persoD iD the office of Engineer, who is responsible for the quantity

calculated should be mentioned atthe place marked [*].
