The slructural design, burtding materials, plumbing services, fire protection, elect.ical rnstallation etc shall be in accordance with the pro_vision (except foa provision in respecl of floor area ratio) as prescribed in the National Building Code amended from time to tlme by the lndian Standard institutions. 4) Ihe Certificate shall remain valid for a period of one year from the date of issue and can be further revalidated as required under provision of Section M.
