4. I ceftiry that the Wadhwa Buildcon LLP has not utillzed the amourts collected
ior wadhwa Regalia phase II project that project only. However, the withdrawal
of the sald oroiect is in accodance with the proportion to the oercentaqe of
completioi of the project.


Further, the Dromoter has taken advances aoainst the unlts whi.h are not yet
sandioned by the Cofrpetent Authority i.e Kalyan Dombivli Municipal
