Development) Act, 2016 read alongwith the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of
Interest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.



      2. VWe have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Company, during
the course of our audit, which in my/our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.



      3. I/We hereby confirm that I/We have examined the prescribed registers, books and
documents, and the relevant records of M/s Shashwat Homes for the period ended 3110312019 and
hereby certify that:

          i. M/s. Shashwat Homes have completed 100% of the project titled Shashwat Park
      Phase I Wing P having MahaRERA Regn. No. P51700009814 located at Shashwat Park,
      Village Valivali, Badlapur West.


         ii. Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 2134,98,168/- and amounts
        collected till 3 I I 03 120 I 9 is Rs. 4,23, I 1,660 I -.

         iii. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 2132192,728/- and
        amount withdrawn till 3 I I 03 I 20 I 9 is Rs. 4,1 8,92,197 I -.

Park Phase I Wing P project only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank
account(s) of the said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of
completion of the project.
