    1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real
Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2O 16 read alongwith the
Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Registration of Real
Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of Interest and
Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.

   2. l/We have obtained all necessarSi information and explanation from the
Company, during the course of our audit, which in my / ottt opinion a-re
necessary for the purpose of this certifrcate.

      3. I/We hereby confirm that I/We have examined the prescribed
registers, books and documents, and the relevant records of M/s. Shashwat
Homes, Shashwat Park Phase I Wing P for the period ended 3 1.03.2018 and
hereby certifu that:

           i. M/s. SHASHWAT HOMES have completed gooh of the project
      titled Shashwat Park Plase I Wing P, RERA Regn. No. P5170O0O9814
      located at Shashwat Park, Village Valivali, Badlapur West.

          ii.  Amount collected during the yea-r for this project is Rs.
      2,6I,22,649/- and amounts collected till date is Rs. 1,88,13,492/-.
          iii. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs.
      2,54,61,884/- and amount withdrawn till date is Rs. 1,85,99,415/-
