 2) During the course of hearing, the Complainant submitted that he seeks to
    amend the Complaint.
 3) Advocate for the Respondent submitted that the amendment is trying to
    change the very crux of the matter. Further 15 different suit properties
    have been put in one Complaint.
 4) Hence the Complainant seeks to withdraw the complaint and seeks liberty
    to file a fresh complaint as per the laid down procedure.
 5) In view of the above, the matter stands disposed as withdrawn with
    liberty to file fresh complaint.
