     on Website) Rules, 2017.



     2. I have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Company, during the course of our
     audit, which in my opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.


     3. I hereby confirm that I have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and the
     relevant records of Nandadeep Homes Pvt Ltd (Promoter of the project “Nandadeep Residency”) for the
     period ended 31.03.2020 and hereby certify that:


        i. Nandadeep Homes Pvt Ltd (Promoter of project “Nandadeep Residency”) have completed % of the
           project titled “Nandadeep Residency” MahaRERA Registration No. P51700009698 located at 3-1B,
           4-1, 4-2, 4-3, 4-4A2, 4-4B, 81-1B, at Wadawali t Waredi, Karjat, Raigarh, 410201.

        ii. Amount collected during the year (1 st April 2019 to 31st March 2020) for this project is Rs.
           5,51,19,177/- and amounts collected till date (31st March 2020) is Rs. 18,06,64,545/-


        iii. Amount withdrawn during the year (1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020) for this project is Rs.
            5,60,94,008/- and amount withdrawn till date (31st March 2020) is Rs. 17,95,05,650/-


     4. I certify that the Nandadeep Homes Pvt Ltd (Promoter of the project “Nandadeep Residency”)
     utilized the amounts collected for “Nandadeep Residency” project only for that project and the
     withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of the said project has been in accordance with the
     proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.



        Notes:

        a. The amounts have been extracted from the bank statement of Bharat Co-operative Bank bearing
           account no. 001912100012254 (1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020) “Designated Bank Account”.
        b. The amount of collections during the period from 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020 are inclusive of
           any Indirect Tax, and is net of tax deducted at source, if any
        c. The amount of withdrawals (pertaining to the collections are inclusive of Indirect Tax and are net
           of tax deducted at source by customers, if any) are for the 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020.
        d. The amounts of collections and withdrawals are inclusive of Cash Deposits, Loan taken by
           directors, Unsecured Loan paid of Director and Directors Family, EMI and Interest paid, etc.
        e. The amount mentioned has been extracted from the books of accounts, prescribed registers,
           books and documents, and relevant records maintained by the company as at 31st March 2020.
