        and Developmenl) Acl. 2016.


     2. We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company,
        during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose ofthis
        ceftificate.

     3. We hercby oonfirm that We have examined the presoribed registers, books and
        docunents, and the relevant records of Neptune Developers Ltd period ended
        31.03.2018 and hereby certify that:

                 bearing C.T.S. Nos. S.No.1/3, S.No.2/3,4,5,6 And Others at Kalyan-Dombivali
                 (M.Corp), Kalyan, Thane- 421702.

            b. Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs.48,678/- and amounts
                 collected till date is Rs.4,08,29,3881-


                 Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 48,678/- and withdrawn
                 till date is Rs. 4,08,29,388/-.
