  Shivajinagar, Dombivli (W), Tal. Kalyan, Dist. Thane, is completed the work of Plinth, Ground
  floor, Columns, R.C.C. 13th .slab completed, internal external plastering work, tiling work
  and colouring work and all other works are in progress at site.


                                       At such, I hereby certify that the Building has been
  completed 96% of construction work as per specification and approved plan.
