Thane, within the rimits of Karyan Dombivri Municipar corporation, and within Registration District rhane and sub-District Kalyan (hereinafter called and referred to as the Said Land), r have perused the search Report dated 21.06.2016, issued by searcher Mr. Mayur surte, in respect of searches taken by him of lndex-il maintained in the office of sub-Registrar, Karyan, at Karyan and Dombivli for the period of 30 years, commencing from 1gg7 to 2016,and have gone through the record of rights and documents rerating to the said property and on the perusarthereof my observations are as under: _ 1. The said rand was originaily owned by the erstwhire owners Mr. Dattu sajan Bhoir & Others. 2. vide conveyance Deed dated 27.0g.2012, dury registered with the office of Joint sub-Registrar of Assurances, Kalyan-S, at sr.Nos.240 2l2o1z, the erstwhile owners of the said rand, Mr. Dattu sajan Bhoir & others through their constituted Attorney Mr. sadashiv Dattatray Bhoir have sord, conveyed and transferred the said rand to Mr. Maruti shatrughna Bhoir & Mr. Barkya Gajanan Bhoir, and vide Mutation Entry No.694, dated 0g.0g.2o13, the names of Mr. Maruti shatrughna Bhoir & Mr. Barkya Gajanan Bhoir came to be duly mutated in the revenue records of the said rand, as the owners thereof @ Contirute... -2- 3.
