   The complainants have filed this comPlaint before MahaRERA seeking
   directions to respondents to handover Possession of the flats bearing No.
   >3o4 and 2305 in the building known as S-2 of the Proiect known as
   'rPushpaniali Residency Phaselll" bearing MahaRERA registration No.
   P5Uoooo8949 at Thane. The comPlainants further Pray€d for interest for the
   delayed possession under the Provisions of section-18 of the Real Estate
   (Regulation & Development) Act, 2o16.


2. This matter was heard today. Duringthe hearing, it has brought to the notice
   of MahaRERA that the comPlainants have settled the matter amicably with
   the respondents. Accordingly, the comPlainant filed an application for
   withdrawal of this complaint. The same is taken on record.

3. Consequently, the comPlaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.
