                  Subject Certificate of Completion of Construction work of the "KUBER GANRAJ"
                  project (Maha RERA Registration number P51700008998 situated on the plot
                  bearing Survey no. 166 Hissa no.2 at Village Titwala Taluka Kalyan, Dist.Thane
                  demarcated by its boundaries with proposed 30 mt wide road to south and
                   admeasuring 5285 sq mt area being developed by M/s.Kuber Abhiraj Infra.

                   assignment as an Architect of Certifying percentage of construction work of
                   residential of building name as Kuber Ganraj on Plot A situated land bearing
                   survey     no. 166 HIssa      no. 2 Village Titwala, Taluka         Kalyan,     Dist Thane
                   admeasuring       area    5285     sq   mt   area    being   developed     by     our   firm
                   M/s.Kuber Abhiraj Infra.

                   Following technical professionals are appointed by owner/ Promoter:

                       1) M/s.Vastushilp as an Architect
                       2    M/s. K.R. Patel & Associates as a structural consultant

                      3M/s.                 MEP consultant
                       4) Shri. Ashwin Patel as site supervisor

                    2. Based on the completion certificate received from Structural Engineer and
                    site supervisor as the best of our knowledge, we hereby certify that                    M/s
                    Kuber Ganraj A wing 12 story have been completed in all respect and free for
                    occupancy for which it has been erected/ constructed and in large. The M/s
                    Kuber Ganraj A wing of the Building Completion Certificate is still in process
                    and same will be uploaded as and when received.
