Architect of certifying completion of construction work of Building - Diwadkar Lotus
(Residential wing) of the project (Maha RERA Registration Number P51700009060)
situated on the plot bearing C.T.S. No. 2878 A demarcated by its boundaries at North - C.T.S.
No. 2872. 28838. at South - C.T.S. No. 28828. 28788 at East - C.T.S. no.2883 A/1. at west -

being developed by M/s HONEST INFRA. The Building - Diwadkar Lotus (Residential
Wing) is being developed on part of land (1240.50 Sq. M. As per agreement) out of total land
admeasuring 3031 .00 Sq. M. inclusive 454.65 Sq. M. Recreation Ground area.

Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter:-
   (i) Architect Shobhana Deshpande. Creations as Architect.
   (ii) Shri. Arun Khasnis - as Structural Consultant.
   (iii) Shri. Sushant Sawant as Site Supervisor.
   (iv) M/s Integrated Consultant as MEP Consultant.

Based on Completion Certificate received frorn Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor; and to
the best olmy knowledge I hereby certiiy that Building - Diwadkar Lotus (Residential wing)
has been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy tbr which it has been constructed and
enlarged. The Buitding - Diwadkar Lotus (Residential wing) is granted occupancy
Certificate/Completion Certificate bearing number OCC/633/20. dated- 3011212020 by Kalyan
Dombivali Municipal Corporalion.
