                   4B, Building No. 129 to 139 of the project [MahaRERARegistration no. P51700009016] situated
                   on the Plot Bearing Survey No.4/2, 5, 7, 8 & 10 (part) at Village – Sape, Tal- Ambernath, Dist-
                   Thane admeasuring total plot area of 1,02,820 Sq. Mtr. out of which area of land to be developed
                   as Phase 4B of the Real Estate Project is 3710 Sqm area demarcated by its boundaries Towards
                   East – Badlapur-Karjat Road, Towards West – Clubhouse (Samruddhi Evergreens), Towards
                   North – Phase 4C (Samruddhi Evergreens), Towards South – Phase 4A (Samruddhi Evergreens)
                   (latitude and longitude of the end points of the project), being developed by 'M/s. Poddar
                   Housing & Development Ltd.

Sir,

I, Parin Shah Architectshave undertaken assignment as Architect of certifying Completion of Construction Work of
"SAMRUDDHI EVERGREENS" for construction of Phase 4B, Building No. 129 to 139 of the project
[MahaRERARegistration no. P51700009016] situated on the Plot Bearing Survey No.4/2, 5, 7, 8 & 10 (part) at
Village – Sape, Tal- Ambernath, Dist- Thane admeasuring total plot area of 1,02,820 Sq. Mtr. out of which area of
land to be developed as Phase 4B of the Real Estate Project is 3710 Sqm area demarcated by its boundaries
Towards East – Badlapur-Karjat Road, Towards West – Clubhouse (Samruddhi Evergreens), Towards North –
Phase 4C (Samruddhi Evergreens), Towards South – Phase 4A (Samruddhi Evergreens) (latitude and longitude of
the end points of the project), being developed by 'M/s. Poddar Housing & Development Ltd.
2. Following Technical Professionals are appointed by Owner/ Promoter: -

(i) M/s /Shri/SmtParin Shah Architectsas Architect;
(ii) M/s /Shri/SmtSemac Consultants Pvt. Ltd.as Structural Consultant.
(iii) M/s /Shri/SmtSemac Consultants Pvt. Ltd.as MEP Consultant
(iv) M/s /Shri/SmtAmlaSinghasSite Engineer.
3. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor; and to the best of
my/our Knowledge I/We hereby certify that "SAMRUDDHI EVERGREENS" for construction of Phase 4,B Building No.
129 to 139 of the project has been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been
constructed and enlarged.
