Both parties are present.

The Complainant states that they seek to continue in the project. They seek interest
for delay and would like to be informed about the progress of the Project.

Mr. Jha, the Resolution Professional who has been appointed since the supersession
of the Board of Directors, appears. He states that a resolution has been worked out
and the same is before the Committee of Creditors. They are awaiting the final
outcome of the same. The home buyers are being represented by one Mr. Manish
Jaju, who is a part of the association of home buyers.

The Complainant’s advocate to seek instructions as to why her client is not aware of
the association of home buyers who are representing their case before the Resolution
Professional.
Matter stands adjourned sine die. The Complainant is given liberty to approach
the authority as and when they firm up their stand in the matter.
