            Percentage of Completion of Construction Work of the Ongoing Building (s) One
           Wing (s) of the                  Phase of the Project, situated on the plot bearing C.T.S No.
             808,808/1 to 808/4 of Division                               808, Village PANVEL, Taluka Panvel,
           District:Raigad, PIN:410206 admeasuring 202.30 sq.mtrs. area being developed by
           V.R.Realties.
            1. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner/ Promoter:

                     ii.      M/S., Shri/ Smt. STRUCTURAL CONCEPT as
                              Structural Consultant;

     Based on the site inspection, with respect to each of the Building/
Wing of the aforesaid Real Estate Project, I / We certify that as on the date
of this certificate, the Percentage of Work done for each of the Building /
Wing of the Real Estate Project as registered vide Regn. Number
P51700008676 under MahaRERA is as per Table - A herein below. The
Percentage of the work executed with respect to each of the activity of the
entire phase is detailed in Table - B.
