SUBJECT: Report on Statement of Accounts on project fund utilization and withdrawal by
M/s LIKHIT ENTERPRISES for the period from 01/0412020 to 31/03/2021 with respect to
MahaRERA Regn. Number P51 700008654.



    1)   This certificate is issued accordance with provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation
         and Development )Act,2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate
         (Regulation and Development)( Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of
         Real Estate Agents, Rates of lnterest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.

    2)    I have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company,
         during the course of our audit, which in my opinion are necessary for the purpose of
         this certificate.

    3)    I hereby confirm that I have examined the prescribed registers, books and
         documents, and the relevant records of M/s Likhit Enterprises for the period ended
         31 10312021 and hereby certify that:

          i. M/s Likhit Enterprises have completed 660/o of the project titled "Shantai"
          MahaRERA Regn. Number P51700008654 located at Plot bearing Old S.No.
          216/5(pt.) New S No 42l5A, Bhayanderpada, Thane - 400615,

         ii. Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 65,17,7611- and amount
         collected till date is Rs. 5,06,1 1,899/-.

         iii. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 40,08,4731- and amount
         withdrawn till date is Rs. 4,51,82,020L

    4) The few withdrawal from designated bank account has been made in personal
          name of proprietor. The verification of personal accounts has not been made.
          However, as informed to us by proprietor, the said withdrawals made is generally
          utilised from his personal account for meeting project related commitments such as
          borrowing cost, repayment of loans, salaries, etc.

     Except as above, I certify that M/s Likhit Enterprises has utilized the amounts
     collected for Shantai project only for that project withdrawal from the designated
     bank account(s) of the said project is in accordance with the proportion to the
     percentage of completion of the project.



 5) The above information is given on the basis of documents provided to me and to the
     best of my knowledge.
