PIN 410206, admeasuring 1449.410 sq. mts. area being developed by M/s. Om Sai Riddhi
Slddhi Developers

1.Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner I Promoter:-
 (i) Smt. Meenakshi Singh Chauhan partner of M/s. TRIARCH as Architect
 (ii) Shri. B. S. Sukthankar of M/s. B. S. Sukthankar & Associates as Structural Consultant
 (iii) Shri. Shaikh Khalil as Site Supervisor

Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor and to
the best of my knowledge, I hereby certify that Building has been completed in all aspects and is
fit for occupancy for which it has been constructed. The building is granted Occupancy
Certificate bearing number BP- 8558/2577 Dated 27/04/2018 by CIDCO Ltd.
