            SUBJECT: Report on Statement of Accounts on project fund utilization and
            withdrawal by M/s. Om Sai Riddhi Siddhi Developers for the period from Project
            Registration to 31 st March2018 with respect to MahaRERA Regn No. P51700008580

         1. The certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate
            (Regualtion and Development) Act, 2016.
         2. We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company,
            during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of
            this certificate.
         3. We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and
            documents, and relevant records of M/s. Om Sai riddhi Siddhi Developers for the
            year ended 31 st March 2018 and hereby certify that: _
               i.    M/s. Om Sai Riddhi Developers have completed 90% (proportionate to total
                     estimated cost of the project) of the project -titled as Paradise MahaRERA
                     Regn. o. P51700008580 located at Plot no 29 Sector 18 Ulwe Navi Mumbai-
                        410206
              11.   Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 45,02,387-       and
                    amounts collected till date Rs. 8,25,22,224/-
             Ill.   Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs 5,21,973/- and amount
                    withdrawn till date is Rs. 9,31,15,3201-
         4. We hereby certify that M/s. Om Sai Riddhi Developers has utilized the amounts
            collected for Paradise only for that project howe er, the withdrawal from the
            designated bank account of the said project is not been in accordance with the
            proportion to the percentage of completion of project.
