1.     The complainant above named has filed this online complaint before the
       MahaRERA on 01-12-2020 mainly seeking directions to the respondent
       to refund along with interest compensation for delayed possession under
       the provisions of Section 18 of the Real Estate (Regulation &
       Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as ‘RERA’) in respect of
       the booking of the flat no. G- 02, Ground Floor, E- wing, Building No-2,
       ‘Parijaat’ in the respondent’s registered project known as “Karrm
       Gardens - 1” bearing MahaRERA registration No. P51700008284 located
       at Ambarnath, Dist. Thane.


2.     This complaint was heard on 17-01-2023 as per the Standard Operating

     Procedure dated 12-06-2020 issued by MahaRERA for hearing complaints
     through Video Conferencing. Both the parties have been issued prior
     intimation of this hearing and they were also informed to file their written
     submissions if any. However, despite notice of hearing both the parties
     remained absent. Hence, the matter was adjourned today as a last chance
     to the complainant.


3.   Even today, despite the fact that the notice of today’s hearing , which was
     duly served upon the complainant, the complainant has neither appeared
     nor has filed any written submissions / application on record of the
     MahaRERA. It shows that the complainant is not willing to pursue this
     complaint.


4.   Consequently, the present complaint stands dismissed for default.
