for the period from 01.04.2017 to 30.09.2018 with respect to MahaRERA Regn. Number P51700008565

     1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act,20l6.
     2. I/We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company, during the course of our audit,
        which in my/our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.
     3. I/We hereby confirm that I/We have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and the relevant records
        of M/s. M.K. Patil Developers for the period ended that: and hereby certify that:
        i. M/S. M. K. Patil Developers have completed 100% of the project titled Wing B-6 Swanand MahaRERA
             Regn.No. P51700008565 located at Badlapur.
        ii. Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 3,69,83,015/- and amounts collected till date is Rs.
             4,97,76,612 /-.
        iii. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 2,12,40,787/- and amount withdrawn till date is Rs.
             2,18,26,536/- .
     4. I/We certify, that the M.K. Patil Developers has utilized the amounts collected for Wing B-6 Swanand only for that
        project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account of the said project has been in accordance with the
        proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.
