         Constructions (Promoter) for the period from 01st April, 2018 to 16st August, 2018 with respect
         to MahaRERA Registration Number P51700008541.

   This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of Real Estate (Regulation and Development)
    Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Registration of Real
    Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of Interest and Disclosures on website) Rules,
    2017.

   I/We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the company, during the course of our
    audit, which in my/our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

   I/We hereby confirm that I/We have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents and the
    relevant records of Rohra Constructions for the period ended 16st August, 2018 and hereby certify that:
                Rohra Constructions have completed 100% of the project titled Parijat Co-Operative
                 Housing Society Limited Phase I having MahaRERA Registration Number P51700008541
                 located at Plot bearing CTS no. 8869/8945 Survey No. 74 Hissa no. 2 and 3, Barkupada,
                 Ambernath east, Taluka Ambernath, District Thane ,Pin 421501.
                Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 7,00,000/- and amounts collected till
                 date is Rs. 3,30,35,754/-
                Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 6,23,093/- and amount withdrawn
                 till date Rs. 3,29,26,833/-

   I/We certify that the Rohra Constructions has utilized the amounts collected only for that project and the
    withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of the said project has been in accordance with the
    proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.
