1. Learned Advocate representing the complainants submits that Corporate
   Insolvency Resolution proceedings are initiated against the respondent namely
   RAJESH ESTATES AND NIRMAN PVT. LTD.
2. While NCLT proceedings are pending the complaint is unadjudicable before the
   authority, hence complaint is disposed as not maintainable without going into
   the merit of the case.
3. Liberty is granted to parties to restore the complaint with original seniority by
   filling a restoration application.
