  REGULAR HEARING:
  Both the Parties are present.
  The Complainant states that they have paid the consideration of around Rs.
  61Lacs against the total consideration of Rs. 1.48Crores. The date of possession
  was March 2021. They have not yet received possession. They seek receipts
  and refund with compensation. The Respondent states that the company is
  now in NCLT and is going under CIRP proceedings. There is a moratorium
  on other proceedings. In view of above, the matter stands adjourned to a date
  subsequent to the lifting of the moratorium. Parties are at liberty to file the
  developments of CIRP before this Authority.
