1. The complainant has filed this complaint to MahaRERA seeking directions to the
   respondents to cancel the apartment booked and refund the money which was paid to
   the Respondent against the apartment booked in September 2014. The date of
   possession put by the Respondent on MahaRERA website is 31"t March 2021. Due to
   revised date of possession and some financial emergency arising out of medical
   conditioo the complainant has approached MahaRERA.
2. The Complainant himself and for the Respondent Shri Kartike Vedan! Advocate was
   present for hearing on 15u. November 2017.

3. The complainant vide letter dated 14s November 2017, has withdrawn his complaint
   as his grievance has been resolved, by the respondent to his complete satisfaction.
   Therefore, the complaint is disposed of, for want of prosecution.
