           Babusing Pawar having an office at Shop No. 1109 Lodha Supremus, Opposite to MTNL Office
           Saki Vihar Road, Sakinaka Powai 400072
                                                    developer of the project named Mirador Oasis Estate
           Phase 2 do hereby declare, undertake and the state as under:



      1.      state that I am the Promoter of the real estate project Mirador 0asis Estate Phase 2
            constructed on the plot of land more particularly defined in the Mahar ERA profile of the Said
            project under registration no. P51700008355.

         2. I state that as per section 11(4)(e) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, a
             promoter is required to form an association or society or co-operative society, as the case
             may be, of the allottees, or a federation of the same, under the laws applicable

            Provided that in the absence of local laws, the association of allottees, by whatever name
            called, shal be formed within a period of three months of the majority of allottees having
            booked their plot or apartment or building, as the case may be, in the project

     3       I state that as per the Maha RERA Rules, a promoter is required to update the status of the
            Society formation on their website. I hereby state, confirm and declare that I have initiated the
            process of formation of society, and the necessary documentation to support the claim is
            annexed herewith.

         4. Istate that I shall convey/assign my right, title and interest in accordance with section 17 and
            as   per the terms        agreed     by the alottees vide Agreement for Sale to the
            Society/Condominium/Federation/Association as and when the same is formed and registered
            with the Competent Authority as per the prevalent laws.
