    We, AR. Dhiraj Walunj have undertaken the assignment as Architect/Licensed Surveyor of certilying
    percentage of Completion of Construction work of the "Shrec Kalika Plaza" having MahaRERA
    Registration Number P51600023610 being developed by M/s. Deepak Buildcrs and Developers.

    Based on site Inspection, with respect to the layout/each of the buildingiwing of the aforesaid Real Estate
    project. I certify that as of the date of this certificate, the percentage of work done for each of the
    buildings/wings of the Real Estate project under MahaRERA is as per table A herein belorv. The
    percentage of the work executed with respect to each of the activity of the entire phase is detailed in Table
    B.
