           per spccifications mcntirmcxl in agrc.emcnt of salc. our cstimattd cost calculations an'
           hast d on the drawings/plans made available to us for the project untler referenc(' by the
           Developer / consultants. The, schedule of items and quantity roquired for tht' enLire
           work as calculated by Mr. Sanjay Dinkar Rahraparkhi Quantity Surveyor* appointecl by
           Developer/Engineer, the assumption of the cost of material, labour and other inputs
           made by developer, and the site inspection carried out by us to axerbain / confimr thtr
           above analysis given to us.

    4. The estimated Cost Incurred till date is calculatetl atRs.77,86,369.?s/- (Total of Table A
        and B). The amount of Estimated Cost Incurred is calculated on the basis of input
        materials / services used and unit cost of these items.


    5. The Balance cost of Completion of the Civil, MEP and Allied works for completion of the
       aparhnents and proportionate completion of internal & external works, as per
       spetifications mentioned in agrtrment rf sale, of the prt{a;t is estirnatetl at Rs.

1 . The scope ofwork is to complete Redstered Real Estate Project as per Drawings approved
from time to time and as per specifications mentioned in agrement of s;.rle.

2. (*) Quantity survey can he clone by office of engineer or can he done bv an independent
Quantity Surveyor, whose Cerfficate of quantity calculated can be reliecl upon by the
Engineer. In case of independent quantiW surveyor being appointed by Developer, the name
has to be mentioned at the place marked (*) and in case quandfv are being calculated by the
Engineer, the name of the person in the office of Engineer, who is responsible for the
quem[ty calculaterJ should be mentioned at thei place marked (*).

3. (**) Balance Cost to be incurred (4) may vary from Difference between Total estimated
Cost (1) and Actual Cost incurred (2) due to deviation in quantity recluired / escalaLion of
cost etc. As this is an estimated cost, arry deviation in quantity requirecl fcrr development of
the Re.al Estate Project will result in amendment of the t:ost incurred/ to he incurred.
