            Shivalik Realty (Shivalik Sanskruti Project) for the period from 01/0412O20 to
            31-l0gl2021with respect to MahaRERA Regn. Number P51500023574.

1) This certificate is issued in accordance with provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
      Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and
      Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents,
      Rates of lnterest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 20L7.


2l We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company,
      during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this
      certificate.


3) We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and
      documents, and the relevant records of Shivalik Realty for the period ended 3tl03l202l
      and hereby certify that:


      i) Shivalik Realty has completed 4O% of the project fll 3U0312021 titled Shivalik
          Sanskruti, MahaRERA Regn. No P51600O23574located at Plot No. 2, Survey No.
           2991311, Ambad.


      ii) Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 2,60,90,491and amounts
          collected till date is Rs. 2,92,90,491.


      iii) Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 2,51,M,494 and amounts
          withdrawn till date is Rs.2,73,95,121.

4l We certify that Shivalik Realty has utilized the amounts collected for Shivalik Sanskruti
    only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of the said
    project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of
    the project.

Notes:


1. The firm has several projects during the year and has not maintained separate books of
    accounts for each project. However cost centres for accounting pertaining to direct
    expenses in relation to project has been maintained in Tally software.


2. The promoter has deposited amount of Capital introduction and Pass through Charges in
    Rera Designated Bank Account.
