      Commencement Certificates, Sanctioned Plans & Layout are requiredto be obtained
      from the Planning Authority / Competent Authority.

      CWing. Further we have obtained Appendix F- Form for Intimation of
                                                                     28/09/2022.
     of Work up to Plinth Level from Nashik Municipal Corporation on

                                                              approved by Nashik
   3. Also, the Commencement Certificate / Building Plans are
                                                                               is
      Municipal Corporation on 17/09/2019. Further Commencement Certificate
      granted as per following table:
